Meet & Greet Personalized Assistance
- Sathkara Meet & Greet Personalized Assistance is available exclusively at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo (BIA).
- Porter services for baggage handling must be arranged separately by the passenger at the airport if required
- Fast track clearance (Security, Emigration, Immigration and customs clearance) will not be applicable
- Group over 09 Passengers with the same booking reference will be provided with 02 staff for assistance
Sathkara Wheelchair Assistance Service
- Sathkara Wheelchair Service ordered here is offered only at Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo (BIA).
- Baggage handling is not included. Porter services for baggage handling must be arranged separately by the passenger through the airport porter service
- Passengers with serious medical conditions are not eligible for the Sathkara wheelchair service. Such passengers are required to consult the Company Medical Officer at the time of reservation to obtain necessary medical clearance. Approved passengers in this category may be eligible for Free of Charge service assistance
- Passengers with mild mobility issues or minor medical concerns, such as difficulty walking long distances, climbing steps, or minor wounds/injuries, as well as those who are visually or hearing impaired, may be eligible for the Sathkara wheelchair service. Eligibility will be subject to a brief evaluation of their condition
- In cases where the airline refers a passenger to the Airport Medical Officer for a fit-to-fly clearance, any related costs must be borne by the passenger
- Passengers Aged between 75 to 85 years are entitle for free wheelchair service & need to request at the point of reservation
- Fast track clearance (Security, Emigration, Immigration and customs clearance) will not be applicable
Note:
- Sathkara Wheelchair Assistance may be denied if the passenger does not meet the specified eligibility criteria
- Providing false or misleading information during the booking process may result in denial of service. In such cases, charges will not be refunded
